Project Parties
Organizations participating in this project. Party Assignments define the Scope-of-Work boundary; user Stage authority is configured separately in Users & Access.
Configured Parties
Project Organizations
Open Project Setup to configure parties.
Users & Access
Account identity and project authority are separate. A Project User belongs to an organization/Party; Party Scope defines WHERE the user can work, and Project Stage permissions define HOW MUCH: MONITOR, INTERACT or CONTRIBUTE.
Project Authority
Read Only
MONITOR
See permitted project information, Contributions, Interactions and history. Cannot add or change project records.
Interactive Workflow
INTERACT
Everything in MONITOR plus Element Interactions, replies and permitted attachments.
Formal Project Action
CONTRIBUTE
Everything in INTERACT plus formal Contribution statuses during the assigned Project Stage(s).
Scope is never granted here. Scope comes only from the user's Party assignment. A CONTRIBUTE responsibility outside its selected Stage automatically falls to INTERACT; INTERACT outside its selected Stage falls to MONITOR. Main Project Communication Board posting is granted separately per user by the Application Admin.
Current Project
Assigned Project Users
Only Project Users assigned to this project are shown here. Account creation, registration approval and cross-project access are managed globally from Application Administration.
Open this section to load assigned Project Users.
Project Communication
Project-wide auditable communication. Type @ to mention a project user. Messages can be edited or removed only during the configured correction window, then become officially recorded.

Project Scope
Build the project scope from independent Revit-filtered scopes such as MARBLE, EMP, STEEL or ALUMINUM. Total Project Scope is calculated automatically from their unique combined elements.
Project Scope Definitions
Scope Overview
Each scope has its own Revit filter and is also the scope used by party workflow assignments.

Universal Contribution Statuses
Every project stage uses the same four Contribution statuses
01
RECEIVED
02
COMPLETED
03
ON HOLD
04
CANCELED
The meaning comes from the selected Project Stage. Formal status recording uses RECEIVED, COMPLETED, ON HOLD or CANCELED; discussion and evidence remain in Interactions.

Project Scopes
Split the Project Scope
Examples: MARBLE, STEEL / EMP, ALUMINUM. Each package will later be connected to its own Revit-style scope filters. Assignments can already reference the package now.
No project scopes configured yet.
Project Parties
Organizations & Functions
The organization code is global and must be exactly 3 letters. It will later become part of the PDC account name, for example m.faramawy-PRS@PDC.
No project parties configured yet.
Party Scope Assignments
Which Scope of Work belongs to this Party?
Party assignment defines the absolute Scope boundary only. Project Stage authority is configured separately per user in Users & Access → Project Permissions.

No Party Scope assignments configured yet.
